Daniel Diez
Noser Commercialization for Android
Dr. Daniel Diez serves as Chief Android Advisor within the Noser Commercialization for Android team. Dr. Diez co-founded Esmertec AG where he was SVP Research and Development and Chief Architect from 1999 until 2006. Prior to joining Esmertec, he worked at Oberon Microsystems, where Esmertec?s underlying technology was developed, from 1996 to 1998. Diez is also a co-founder of Mecos Robotics AG and prior to that held research and development positions at Siemens AG from 1980 to 1986. Diez holds a doctorate degree from the Institute of Robotics of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH). Additionally, Dr. Diez continues on his entrepreneurial path with new projects in Technology and Education. |

Daniel Bruengger
Noser Commercialization for Android
Daniel Bruengger is General Manager at Noser Commercialization for Android where he leads Noser?s Android commercialization activities as a founding member of the OHA since 2007. Mr. Bruengger first joined Noser in 1994 as a software development engineer. From 1998 to 2002 Mr. Bruengger spent several years based in the USA in the Semiconductor industry with Ismeca in R&D and business development roles. Daniel Bruengger holds an engineering degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and completed the Leadership and Management Program at the University of California, San Diego. |

Dominik Gruntz is professor for Software Design and Architecture at the Institute for Mobile and Distributed Systems at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He has co-authored a book on Component Software and he exemplifies this principle in his lectures and in research projects. Together with Noser Engineering he participated in the development of the Android Core Libraries. |

Pleumann
Noser Commercialization for Android
Dr. Jörg Pleumann is the technical lead and architect for Noser Commercialization for Android in Switzerland. In this role, he led Noser's contributions to the Android Core Libraries and to the Android compatibility checking efforts. He regularly publishes and talks about the subject. Before joining Noser, he spent several years at the University of Dortmund, Germany, where he wrote a dissertation on improving modeling education in software engineering. He has been involved in mobile and embedded Java since 2001 and has contributed to a number of related open-source projects. |
